This ordering system is for the NwSSU community and campus visitors. Campus users (students, faculty, and staff) sign up using their official ID number. Guests may sign up using a valid email address.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Please make sure your contact number and email are accurate, as stalls and delivery staff use them to reach you about your order.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders can be paid via cash, GCash, or PayMaya. We may also enable online payments through PayMongo in test mode as we continue developing this system; no real charges will be processed while it remains in test mode. Menu prices and stall availability may change without prior notice.
4. Cancellations
Orders already being prepared or out for delivery may no longer be cancelled.
5. Acceptable Use
Please do not use this app to harass stall owners, delivery staff, or other customers, or to submit false orders or payment information.
6. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the system develops. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect your name, contact number, email, and (for campus users) ID number, along with your order history and delivery location, so we can process and deliver your orders.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to create and manage your account, process orders, communicate order updates, and send optional push notifications you choose to enable.
3. Who Can See Your Information
Stall owners and delivery staff can only see the order and contact details needed to fulfill your specific order. Admins can access account information to manage the platform. We do not sell or share your information with outside companies.
4. Payment Information
If online payment via PayMongo is enabled, it currently runs in test mode only, meaning no real money or real card/GCash details are processed through it. Once live, payment details are handled directly by PayMongo and are not stored on our servers.
5. Data Security
Passwords are encrypted (hashed) and cannot be viewed by anyone, including admins. Access to the system requires a valid login session.
6. Your Choices
You can update your profile information anytime in Account Settings, and turn push notifications on or off from the Notifications setting. You may also permanently delete your account at any time using the Delete My Account option; this removes your profile and order history from our system and cannot be undone.
